v1.4.10

Regenerate Support for Manual Changelog Entries

Feature UI Backend

You can now use Regenerate on manually created changelog entries, making it easier to rewrite and polish existing updates without needing GitHub release metadata.

The regeneration flow also adapts to the type of entry you are working with, so the options you see match what applies.

New Capabilities

Regenerate now works for both GitHub-based entries and manual entries. For manual entries, AI rewrites and improves the existing title, tags, summary, and content using your custom instructions.

The Regenerate button now shows on the entry page regardless of whether release metadata exists, so you can access rewriting tools consistently.

UI Updates

The Regenerate modal now shows different helper text depending on whether the entry has release metadata, so the guidance matches the regeneration approach.

The Excluded Paths field is now hidden for manual entries, since it only applies to GitHub-based regeneration.
