New Needs Review Management and Entry Enhancements

## What's New
In this release, we have added a new section for managing entries that need review, allowing administrators to easily access and address entries that failed to generate automatically. This feature enhances the administrative workflow, ensuring that important entries are not overlooked and can be promptly reviewed.

Additionally, a new admin entry view page has been created, enabling better visibility into each entry's details directly from the admin panel. This improvement makes it easier for administrators to manage and assess changelog entries.

## Improvements
To further enhance user experience, we have refined how entries are displayed on the admin user page by adding links to view Draft, Needs Review, and Deleted entries. This change simplifies navigation and allows administrators to quickly access different categories of entries.

Moreover, we have updated the terminology in the user plan change emails, replacing "PR summaries" with "changelog entries" to align with current application language. This change ensures clarity and consistency in communications with users.

## Bug Fixes
This update also addresses a few bugs, including fixing an issue with the entry deletion process that previously required regular user authentication. Now, the admin can manage deletions without unnecessary barriers, improving overall efficiency in managing entries.

These changes collectively enhance the functionality and usability of the application, supporting administrators in effectively managing their entries and improving the overall user experience.
