We've launched an exciting new embeddable changelog widget, designed specifically for our Pro and Team users. This feature allows users to seamlessly embed a changelog on any website using a simple JavaScript snippet. It's a great way to keep your audience informed about your project's updates directly on their own platforms.
To ensure appropriate access, the widget checks if the user has a Pro or Team plan and validates the domains where the widget is embedded. This means you can confidently share your updates while maintaining control over where your changelog appears.
Improvements
In addition to the widget itself, we've added several enhancements to the settings for managing your embeddable changelog. Users can now easily configure settings such as the widget title, the number of entries displayed, and the allowed domains for embedding. This is all accessible through a new dedicated settings page, making it straightforward to customize your widget according to your needs.
Furthermore, the visual design of the changelog widget has been refined, ensuring it looks great whether viewed in light or dark mode, enhancing user experience across different themes.
