This update focuses on making it clearer what to do when AutoChangelog cannot access any of your GitHub repositories. New users and installations without repo access will now see helpful guidance instead of a blank area.
Clear guidance when no repositories are accessible
On both the dashboard and repositories pages, if AutoChangelog detects that your GitHub App installation has no accessible repositories, you now see a dedicated empty state card. It explains why no repositories appear and what steps to take next.
The empty state includes a prominent Configure Repository Access button that links directly to your specific GitHub installation settings. From there you can select the repositories you want to track, then refresh the page to start seeing them in AutoChangelog.
Polished look and friendlier messaging
The new empty state uses an emerald and blue gradient and a GitHub icon so it visually matches other empty states in the app. The copy is simpler and more conversational, clearly outlining the sequence: click the button, choose repositories to track, then refresh.
We also adjusted the placement of this message so it appears in a natural spot under the "My Repositories" area. This resolves an issue where pages could appear completely blank for new users whose GitHub App had not yet been granted repository access.
